Meltdown Vs. Panic Attack

Needless to say it’s been a challenging morning to say the least. Damian was in a pretty nasty mood, but anyone who had an entire bowl of Lucky Charms in the back of his pants (yeah lol) would be.

We are trying to get Damian out of his chair and changed while he is yelling, screaming, and swinging his arms around.  Right in the middle of all of this here rolls the anxiety, and quickly turns into panic.

I am proud of myself and how I pushed through the panic. Thank you to Mike for being right there by my side and also for pointing the a/c vents straight on me.

PANIC SUCKS!!!  I’d never wish it on anyone, not even thr worst person in the world.
